We help find Executives, Director, Managers and Specialist within specific functional areas across various industries. We are not industry specialists; we have a distinct focus on functional expertise. Our core competency is recruitment of commercial positions, professional services and staff functions. We help our clients attract candidates with a specific skillset and the ability to add best practice.

Our clients are predominantly large corporations with Danish HQ; they usually operate locally as well as globally. In addition, we also have multinational clients with Danish subsidiaries.

We base our services on a strong understanding of the business, position and corporate culture as well as a diligent analysis and understanding of the market and competitors. That enables us to identify and attract the best candidates with the necessary experience and skillset.

In order to ensure the candidate is a cultural fit and shares the corporate values; every candidate will at some point in the process be interviewed by an experienced Business Psychologist who is able to assess the professional as well as personal attributes. The assessment will include an international and well-documented personality and problem-solving test (PAPI and/or HOGAN).
