At Roland & Partners, DE&I is an embedded part of how we do business; we systematically help our clients build more diverse and inclusive organizations; e.g. we always present a candidate pool with equal gender diversity – at all levels of the organization. It is not enough to meet the quota for the Executive Management Group; we need to help build a diversified talent pipeline for the future.
Our clients do not have to incentivize us for attracting DE&I Professionals, we do that regardless, because it has always been Roland & Partners vision to help change a conservative and (in many ways) out-dated search industry. We are truly passionate about creating equal opportunities for diversity profiles in corporate.

Female Executives

In order to ensure more Female Executives in BoD’s and Senior Executive Management teams, we need to actively increase the pipeline of women in middle management roles. Also, todays leaders and organizations have to develop a culture and receptiveness that includes and embraces women and other diversity profiles e.g. offering flexible solutions to traditional job designs, ensuring good maternity terms for men allowing female talent to pursue their career and potential promotions, ensure job descriptions are tailored to attract and include diversity profiles and allow out-of-the-box alternatives for commuting both locally and globally etc. We are dedicated to keep reminding our clients to provide the necessary conditions ensuring a healthy and inclusive environment.
Roland & Partners was originally founded because we wanted to pave the road for more divers organizations and help promote female leaders; by reducing biases and barriers from the search process. We are conscious about potential bias in every aspect from identifying potential propects, providing blind long- and short lists, wording in job descriptions and how we interview and communicate in order to ensure value propositions that appeal to a diverse group. We aim to attract a diverse pool of candidates; not only female professionals, but also candidates of different age, sexual orientation, background, industry background nationality etc.
