We offer tailored support to individuals and/or organizations to help them improve their performance, achieve their set objectives and overcome potential obstacles – usually during large-scale transformations or when stepping into a new role etc. It typically combines a HOGAN and/or CUBIKS personality tests, structured sessions with feedback and evaluations as well as ad hoc sparring and personalized guidance.
Also, we have significant experience with Mentorship Programs for especially diversity profiles; we provide guidance, support and help identify development opportunities for mentees that perhaps struggle settling into a new role, someone who might face systemic barriers or who needs outside advise when being underrepresented in their area of expertise.
